Kryptview A750 wont boot up

    Got a new Kryptview A750 but wont boot up. Only one led dot down in bottom right of desplay.
    any ideas

    have flashed a few with latest firmware. this wont say on or give 0000. so i cant flash it, or can i. am i missing something here.

    no but had that prob last week and sorted it by reversing plug on motherboard.
    no i cant even getr that far as the unit wont switch on it just has the one dot in the bottom right of desplay.

    Could be a dry solder joint if you have repaired it yourself. Try reflowing the joints.

    no this one is a brand new unit straight out of box.

    Send it back to your supplier. Email or call them I am sure they will oblige.

    just emailed them: M*CABl*B*X have you had any dealings with them. have gotten 8 boxes for family and this is the second fault, first i could fix but not this

    No I haven't but two out of eight faulty is not a good return is it :(
