kryptview a780 and vm

i hear vm can see what channels you watch,is there anyway the the kryptview a780 can scramble what they see,i have read a little about vpn,not to sure about this,do you put something on box so they cannot see what you watch

 

they can see nothing except packets going back and forth just like when you are on google thats all
