Does any one know please on ths matter : i have Kryptview A780 and what happen is bymistake pressed data download option and now it showing download started for last 4 hours and i do not know how to come out from this option. i did all trick like pressing exit button, menu button etc and switch off the box and power etc but did not work what to do?
just turn the box off you have to flash the box with cable for the first time you CANNOT flash the box over the net for the first time
sorry, i want clearfy hear that box was flashed and was working ok, but this happen , i did try to turn switch off/power unpluged but again same massage coming up 'download started' and on the box screen shwoing 'On'. Is that you saying that i have to flash again to get back to normal!!
