kryptview any news anyone?

as the title may suggest?

 

i would have first read the posts to see whats new and up rather than asking the same question already answered a nunber of times.

 

there is nothing new ive been on nights for the past 4 nights and checked yesterday and its only starview and the sky routes threads. so really your answer is no news yet. thanks for that

This is what ive been reliably informed and personally believe to be true and IMHO where we currently stand with regards to the KV.

As rumours and stories suggest the main importer of Kryptview's business premises were raided by police and arrests were made, but as the importer is a legitimate businessman he DOES NOT host or maintain any illegal upload servers whatsoever, so this particular raid appears to have been futile and all concerned have been released. However I have also had confirmed info about uploaders being found as well during two other raids on seperate domestic properties. So the whole thing IMO looks like there have been loose lips involved somewhere within the ring. The people who do operate the servers the "unofficial KV team" as i like to refer to them appear to have found out about the latter raids and took their upload servers offline as a precaution.

As i understand how their system works there are a selection of the unofficial team involved across the country that are hosting these uploaders and the remaining ones have been voluntarily brought offline as a consequence. The main overseas relay server is still currently in operation and remaining uploaders will be brought back online when safe and possible to do so. I have no affiliation to neither importer or Unofficial KV team and usually get information from various trusted sources. So please dont ask me any questions regarding servers and timescales as i have nothing more to offer on it.

yeah i read that last week mate just wondered if any progress. and starV i guess the starview was a good st up eh raided twice lasted 5 month in ireland and lasted about 9 month here? back on with channels missing still. thats professional aint it lol

 

The difference being the starviews back on and watchable, are you kryptview fanboys enjoying the blackout as much as you enjoyed the end of starview when they went down?

edit: Before anyone says I'm team starview I'm not on either box. I'm a mug who pays for my sky etc. I just think its hilarious how anyone has the audacity to moan and bitch at each other when they all have one thing in common = both steal cable

 

i never put the boot in when starview went down no one did ( we are all in this for the same thing and no one likes to see people losing money) but you were pre warned about buying a sv, and admit yourself did you get money for value so far?

That guy has appeared out of no where, with wait for it, StarV as his name, perhaps he can tell us why they are not fixing the combo box for their loyal customers as he seems to be in know.......

 

Just had word kryptview going to change the name of there hd box, no i wonder why that is to con people into buying them, they wont fix the other boxes and yet want to sell a hd box, wow what a laugh who in there right mind would touch them now after this.

Always knew this everlasting sub to there boxes was a con would people listen, last laugh on all them people who bought one, at least the starview is back up even with limited channels at the moment, more will follow and the box will be even better than the krypt ever was new gui as well compared to the outdated gui of that kv box.

 

Ehhh, think yoiu will find that is the Euroview (starview), dont be trying to confuse people

so why they not fixing the combo?

 

Supposed to be the best box since sliced bread, where is all the support now for this mighty box, all in hiding with their tails between there legs, and their customers money that's where, gang of crooks running it......

 

hi i have just been looking and carnt find many sites that are selling any box's now. Do you think this has anything to do with the servers being down, if so i guess it proves they are not trying to sell off all old stock knowing that the servers are down like many forums are suggesting?

 

I agree with Star v, I think this thing about a raid was a smoke screen, so that kv can disappear withn there customers not sure whats happening, whats the truth? It all happened around the same time when virgin were having disrupted services. So there was speculation as to what the problem was, and as yet no one knows jack all. Kv customers are all hoping and praying, but the prayers will fall on deaf ears. They've made there money and no point in watching it get blown away in a free service. Running this cs operation doesn't come cheap, then theres the labour side, i.e server maintenace. I have a KV but now I've decided to go down the sub route and stream for sky sports. Looking into sat cs. The problem with cable is there are only sv and was kv, but now only sv and that is a headache. With sat cs you have longevity. Thats my opinion. KV like my sv1 is going to be used as a door stop now.

 

lol,well i wish the kv boys would give us abit more info ,saying sit tight is ok for them but saying that we all knew the score with any of these boxes .i have just binned 3 starview boxes.i hope i dont have to do that with the kv box.

 

I would say its like a lame horse, needs putting down, people should know you cant run servers with no funds coming in, so they have made there money and took the boat.

And even if they do come back would anyone want to purchase another box of them, think long and hard about parting with your cash.
