    Hi all, Help please!

My Kryptview A780 was purchased 'ready to go' the other day it asked me to restart i.e. reload the channels and reselect my area at the easy installation page. In my haste I selected the very first area I.D. code which came on the screen (not my area) as a result I have lost a fair few channels.

Please can someone help to rescan so I can select my correct area

    Many thanks in advance

    Bunge

facotry reset and select the other ID that comes up in the set up, use the search function above and search for Kryptview guides, there are a few on here

if you have a sub box, you will get the net ID on that also

As every area is different, even with the SV, some are on old TW, C+W, NTHELL regions, nothing to do with the boxs, down to the providers platforms systems being all different etc etc

as the krypt uses the supplier ID to set itself up, you need to choose it on setup, once done, you never have to touch it again, as the box powerscans on standby for moved, removed or new chans, which is better for those who dont want to keep scanning or resetting everytime a new chan appears or moves
