kryptview arnet a 700 c help

got my hands on one of these boxs went to flash it but could not get oooo up on front of box so just scaned for channels have most channels when i went to s sports all its doing is waiting for code to update what do i do now any help would be great

 

with all the other posts on kryptview u could have looked there first without starting a new thread.
