I recenty obtained 12 kyptview boxes.I installed the latest firmware and scanned for channels.After reboot all the channels were freezing and the box was showing 0 in the display and was unable to switch off.This occurred on 9 of these Kryptviews.I took one and took the case off and plugged the two plugs in firmly.I then done a rescan and found all the channels and the box updated with no proplems.I then done exactly the same with the remaining faulty boxes and all were successful.Seem like I obtained a faulty batch where the connecting plugs from the PSU was't inserted properly.If you are having the same prolems with freezing pics on your Krypviews please try the above.Make sure the box is unplugged from the mains first. Hope this helps .A pal of mine also rang me with the same problem on 3 boxes he obtained.I told him to try this remedy and hey he's all sorted now Cheers
