kryptview blank screen

hi folks need your help got new box starts picking up channels then screen goes blank can anyone help

 

bit more info, where u based? whats ure provider?

 

ntl glasgow ot it scanning for the channels now its saying scrambeld or no video

 

Firtly - Have you selected the correct provder? Have you selected the correct ID for the area? you see the Arnet needs to be scanned in the area its to be used in, so if your scanning in your house and the box is to be used some where else your gonna have an problem as their are different ID's for each area.

Have you turned off the power scan fetaure beofre you started to scan for channels as this may cause you problems as if the box is in standby for 5 mins, it will start scanning itself, while your trying to set it up.

will you stop posting in two threads your confusing the issue. Have you read what I posted above?

If you are getting your channels in and they are saying scrambled, go to SKY sports and leave it for a few mins, then start flicking through the channels, if that dont work, unplug the box and then plug it in again, its the box picking up the keys required.

 

yes m8 got them working now it woz my da that posted the second as i work on an ice cream van so im in and out and he has bean doing my nut in all the same thanks any way m8

 

hi ther sorry about post so i just set the boxes up with software then take them 2 some ones house then scann them ther not in my own house

 

Yeah. you can load the software, but to scan for channels you have to be in the area they are going to be used as if you dont selct the correct ID then the channels wont work correctly.
