Kryptview box gone off HELP!!!!!!!!

    Hi my krytview a780 box has been off since last night and still no luck. I rescanned but nothing just getting the normal channels. What shall I do to help get it vak and running... Please help!!!

    May be a local provider issue. You could try power-off router & box.
    Then re-boot router then reboot box. Fac.reset & scan if necessary using correct NET-ID
