cant see a seller being connected to any provider, did ya check the fuse in the plug? if its dead and its new, ask for a replacement, but as they are like hens teeth at the min, they may not have one to give you, just a theory, if they are willing to send some one to you find out who and when etc

    who ya buy it from?

No seller of these aint gonna be connected to a provider from a legal standpoint, think thats called entrapment,

I had a similar prob with this provider(different box though) and they got it sorted for me.They have a tech guy based in the liilywhite county.

Took several emails but all was good in the end.

if a box is under warranty, I would be mindful about opening or fiddling with it as it may void yer warranty,

I have an e mail from them telling me to check all leads are seated in under lid .so that should cover the warranty if any probs.

if the box is dead it wont matter what firmware is on it as it will be returned to the manufacturer
