Kryptview down?

Hi all

i know the boxes are playing up, mines been down for a week or more.
I'm in the kent area, any ideas?

must be problems at your end as working and no posts of boxes down,what have you tried to fix it factory reset and rescan from main coaxial and reboot box and router

 

iv'e done the usual,, factory reset etc etc, i am never sure what my area code is though? i will do as you say, thanks

 

Ive done that and still no joy, i have the fta channels and nothing else?

 

ahhhhh reboot as in off at rear box and router possibly lost lan connection.

 

yes latest issue box and router need a reboot.
