problem is that I have got as far as click the open button. I than click on red twice and then stand by,,,, then I get 'download not requested'. Any help out there with this please.
First, make sure your box is on standby. i.e. the time is displayed not a channel number You then load your firmware using the GREEN download option in the Loader Click on START Then immediately press RED, RED, STANDBY on the remote. Do it right, the transfer begins, but do it wrong or too slow you get the "Download Not Requested' message
Have tried this over and over and still get the same responce "topcat96",. I have also switched the box on and off. The box had been working but put back to factory settings, would this be a factor?. Cheers,

Thanks for the info "topcat96". I have also a new boxsuper 4 usb, I downloaded the fix on to the stick, I then scroll down to the fix box usb vi.06.r and click OK nothing happens. Would please guide me through this, or do I begin another tread. Thank you anyway for all your help.
