Is there a problem with Kryptview in Kildare / Celbridge. Box is not updating yet cable on NTL is fine via 'old' method. Message says "No or Bad signal"

no or bad signal means its a cable problem and nothing to do with co***

check your cable connection and make sure its in the top connector on the box what way do you have your cable connected is it a split feed ??

Thanks its a 3rd party so not exactly sure. There is a splitter on the line for sure, but that has been there for years and no problems, even with the Krtptview, but today that was the message. Not sure, I've asked for the cables to be re connected back to the kryptview to see if it is working again.

    Will update

if it has "No or Bad signal" thats down to signal prob nothing else

if it have scrambled or no video that can be down to code

and if you have code updating that will be down to co*** as well

and as there is nobody else where having problems its defo his problem with his cable that need to be sorted

Ok, update on above, channels came back no issue, but now a couple of weeks later, same message again. When old legit box is plugged back in a message comes up on RTE 2 "you have not subscribed to this channel, please call", this is with the legit NTL box so can not be as basic sub is being paid for, what can be wrong here??
