kryptview no power help

i turn on the box and its completely blank,nothing ,it seems to come back on after a while,been doing this recenrtltried everthing,might be something loose,any ideas,help or guide for under the bonnet,appreciated,box onl brand new,thanks

 

Send it back to the supplier would be my suggestion.

 

would you believe it power is back since todayant ideas,anyone else getting this problem.i will check all leads now i am home and post back,thanks sg8,will mail supplier and see what happens, will post reply
