kryptview problem

im trying to put new update on my box i carnt get the numbers to go on 0000 how do i do this

 

If you are using the RED, RED, Standby button routine to initiate the update it doesn't matter what is displayed on the front of the box.

Once you've done the update and the box restarts it will display 0000 by itself.
