kryptview & r/f out

    just a quiky wanna run a cable upstairs to the bedroom,does the r/f out on the back of the kryptview need setting up or does it automatically send out the signal,soz if this has already been covered but would appreciate any advice you guys can give. thnxs

    as far as I know it does, but, just split the cable, that means you dont leave the box on all the time or have to have it on all the time

    Is the RF out just a link out, or does it send whatever channel the KV is on via the RF ?

    just the RF out, but i remember with the SV's you had to change the setting to PAL I and re-tune the 2nd TV, but you didnt get what was on the TV, but its been a long while since I looked at it,

    cheers for that m8,is it best to put the box on standby at night then ?,if so if you put on standby downstairs how can you watch it upstairs m8...soz if that sounds like a dumb question m8.

    thats why I said above, split the cable one to the box and one upstairs, it dont matter if the box is on or off, but if your trying to watch whats on the box downstairs whilst upstairs, get yerself a video sender or buy a another box
