got one of these box and theres noting on it can,t do any thing with it am i missing software or something eles

most of the channels on my kryptview are coming in scrambled or no video
is there a secret menu for to turn on emu, I have installed the latest firmware from 4 shared. any help would be great

 

the box does it itself in standby mode.no emu
