do you have a A780 and want a link to the firmware to flash the box

Flash the box with this firmware http://www.4shared.com/file/HenUN8gb/Kryptview_A780_24042011.html
after you load the firmware connect the box to the internet
on the remote press menu /installation / 0000/ S/W Update.
and that should get you the latest firmware 29/11/2011
factory default the box after firmware update.
