Dunno if you are still having problems, but I think vcdimager does bin/cue. Either way, you should be able to turn off standard vcd compliance in Nero. They should burn fine then.

Ok... on the vcd tab of Nero (I'm using the last version of 6) there should be a checkbox to tick or untick for VCD complience. However, you cannot change this option when using BIN/CUE files. I thought you could. Sorry. If you turn it off, and then enter an oversized Mpeg, it will re encode it, but The video didn't look any different to me on the 2 test discs I tried.
Are you burning at a high speed? And just how big are the BIN/CUE files that you end up with? Do you get burn errors? What version of Nero are you using to burn?
Let me know & I'll try to help more.

thnaks for answering me but the reason i convert to kvcd's nn compliant is because of the size and when i try to burn it with nero it re converts it and the size become bigger doesn't fit in one cd

    i burn at 12x
the bin cue size usually fit in one cd 800 mb
how would i know if i get burn errors ?
what is the speed that your burn your vcd's with it ?
tried nero7 but now im using alcohol with vcdeasy or vcdgear to make the bin cue files but it's the same probleme either i use nero or alcohol thanks fo helpinng me

From what I can gather, those templates seem to be a bit outdated??? You could try removing them and getting them from here: http://www.weethet.nl/downloads/kvcd_templates.rar

Does your dvd player support KVCD? What brand name & model are you using?

Try changing the templates & see if that helps.
