KVCD (TMPG template) - illegal stream format?

    When I try to load KVCD templates to TMPG 2.58 it causes an error and states that it is an "illegal stream format"
    Has anyone else had the same problem or know whats going on?

    loads fine with tmpg 2.58 plus.
