Hi all, I have just received the above TV device as a gift, I installed the drivers and the software without problem. But when I got through the initial process as detail in the user manual there is a process missing, I dont get prompted to select an input source. I just got straight to the scan for channels part which then informs me that there is no signal hence no channels. I have tried with the little portable arial and with my main TV port which i use for the tv but still no signal!!!. I am thinking this is more a software issue than hardware (Hopefully), has anyone else has this?? or does anyone have any advise for me? I have tried the Kworld download section and in a word..."TERRIBLE" Thanks in advance
i have a kworld 355u. you need a good aerial the one supplied is crap.i have one i used to use for a freeview box the picture is perfect the problem is the streaming is terrible. any suggestions on that?
Hi Thanks for the reply, turns out I was using a USB1 extension which was the main problem but now I can only run the damn thing through my external arial port which is where I run my tv from anyway so renders the whole thing useless really. Whats the point of that rubbish little arial!!!! As for the streaming mine is fine I might look into getting another arial any suggestions?
