L6 in .mp4 ? no sound.

    Hey i dont know how but my phone now records videos in .mp4 format how do i get it back to .3gp because now i dont have any sound? Or how do i re enable sound in my .mp4
    EDIT-and i cant hear any of my ringtones? anyone kno what the prom is?
