L7 on TSTT Network. Can it be unlocked

    Hi My co worker wanted to know if her Motorola
    can be unlocked as she will be travelling abroad with her phone.
    She has a L7
    IEMI # : 359195-00-686923-9
    Network : TSTT

    Yes it can, tell her to call her provider (if she has been with them for 90 days) and they will unlock it for her

    TSTT is not going to unlock the phone, although she has been with them for some years as they will loose money if she were to use the phone with another sim card.
    TSTT has indicated that they have roaming as a service.
    However she will like to travel with the phone and will like to put another sim card into the phone.

    i dont know where tstt is, but here in the US, it is law that they have to unlock it if u call them.
