    Hi guys.

I am currently having a problem with my PC. I have just reformatted my computer due to some malware. My problem is that for some reason, my windows are now laggy. Whenever I scroll up or down a window, it seems to lag a lot. The computer is running fine but this scroll lag is really annoying.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Thanks :D

you probably need to reinstall your graphics card drivers.

if youve formatted the pc they would have been wiped off so reinstall them if you havent already

check for fragmentation a reformat deletes all so virus or spyware not possable unless you have a program that you installed that has one in it

yeh, there shouldnt be any spyware after a format and clean install.

its most likely just the graphics drivers,
