Sometimes when encoding my music the histogram reports a very small percentage was encoded at 32kbps??
This happens when I have used the command line, razerlame, and EAC.

?? Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong ??

I am using Lame 3.92 MMX from mp3dev.org

You are doing it right and so is LAME. It uses 32kbps for analog silence, so if it detects that there is no audible sound in the signal, it saves space by using 32kbps frames.
