When using LAME DLL with EAC, in the Compression Options/Waveform/Sample Format pull down menu, what's the difference between "Preset CBR 192 kBit/s" and "192 kBit/s 44100 Hz Stereo" and also what's the difference between "Use VBR quality" and Use VBR average bitrate?"

Also I noticed when using "Preset Standard" the VBR Quality number doesn't make any difference in the size of the file. For what Sample Format settings does this "quality number" have an effect?

Ah yes. I see your using the newest version of EAC and Lame. In the additional command line box type in@
    --alt preset extreme

This should make the resulting MP3 files's bit rates fluctuate.
