I come from a western country.
    I live in Taiwan, Taipei.
I use an english windows XP
My windows environmental settings for time and currency, etc. are set to here so I don't have to convert all the time.

    BUT .... !!!!!!

It's not because I live here that I know how to read chinese.
I don't want to change my environmental setting so it accomodates my
NERO installation. No Way I am going to do that.

I can change the language settings in the options menu, yes, but hey!... AHEAD people..., the dialog windows and the shortcuts in the menu are all in Chinese.

I want my money back or give me the choice of language before I start installing. Your version 6 never gave me that problem.

I'd recommend contacting Ahead. This isn't an official support forum and we have no connection with the company

Oh, I did... Guess what they said...

    "Change your environmental settings".

My goal was not to expect finding solutions to my problem.
I feel this is a major issue and I want other people
know about this before they decide to buy it.

Something I did not say: During the installation, all caracters that should have been letters in the windows were questions marks (?). No letters whatsoever.I had to guess what to click instead of chosing install options. And as you know, Nero is becoming quite
complicated. There is an install option with at least 15 items to select or deselect. Man, how can I chose? I ended up with too many things I do not needed.

Be careful before you buy that v7.0 thing.
