Language problems....need help?

I tried burning a movie using dvdfab and when it cut into scene vts 2 that scene was in spanish and the rest were in english...how do i fix this problem? Also i was wondering...i use nero as my burning source and dvdfab puts the movie into vts files and when you add the movie files to nero and after it burns and you play it back on a dvdplayer when it changes vts files the dvd will blackout for like 1 or 2 seconds then comeback on....anyway to fix this or somehow join all the vts files together into one big file before burning them? I tried windows movie maker and mpeg joiner and neither work....it won't even let me add the vts files to either program....please help? Thanks
