im learning laptops slowly.. and i wiped out the malware infected windows and installed a new version now im trying to fix all the errors there is like six devices that need drivers! i know there is a program that is free that basically scans it and tells you what type of pc you have and all hardware that is in it and i cant remeber the name of it, its been so long since i used it. but seeing how i dont know what type of laptop this is or what parts i need to get the drivers for im in a pickle and would really apreciate any type of help! I and the device manager is just giving me basic names of the devices.. 802.11 bg wlan mass storage pci device pci device sm bus controller video controller (vga compatible)
hey sorry guys... Belarc advisor was the program i was talking about i found it on an old backup dvd and it told the name of the genaric laptop im using so i found the manafacture website and all is well!!!
