All of a sudden I started my laptop (minutes after just using it) and the neither the touchpad or usb mouse would work, and the keyboard on the laptop and a usb keyboard wouldnt work. I can use the keyboard to get into set-up, an it lights up and is working. But once Windows starts, it stops. My mouse still lights up although it will not work. Please not that there is no way for me to do anything once the computer already started. So no system restore or anything because nothing works for me to select it. I am posting this on a desktop. Please help me!
see if you can go into safe mode, reason i say that is if you can go into safe mode and you can use your keyboard and mouse its gotta be something else.
