Laptop powers off while playing MAME..???

    Hi lads how all?.Iv a problem while playing MAME on my advent 7106 centrino.For anyone that doesnt know MAME is the multiple arcade machine emulator.(runs old arcade games like street fighter perfectly)..While playing my laptop just shuts down completely.Iv tried the power scheme the lot,taught it might be overheating but no warmer than normally.No issue while running anything else...PLEASE HELP guys.Thanks..

    if it were a driver issue it would reboot, not shut down and remain off. Try installing a program like speedfan, it does sound like an overheat problem to me.
