I unfortunately had to reinstall windows os in my computer due to a virus, along with all the necessary drivers that i know of to get my laptop in normal working order, but the wireless utility doesn't read my internet signal well at all. everything else connects fine through the same wireless signal, ps3, wii, psp etc. but the laptop reads the signal as "limited or no connectivity" though connecting through an ethernet cable works fine. i'm connected through a netgear router through comcast, not sure if it makes a difference..

unfortunately i have already installed this driver while i was restoring the computer to its original state. before i installed the driver it wouldn't even have a wireless option, afterwards i had the option but it won't detect my perfectly good signal. everything else connected wirelessly in my home detects it just fine and connects with no problem. is there some sort of configuration i need to do to get my laptop to respond to my particular router?
