My laptop will turn on, but the screen stays completely black like the computer is still off. Is there anyway to fix this or at least copy my hard drive somehow?
you'd have to pull your hard drive and put it in an external enclosure to copy it. have you done any damage to the laptop or messed with the bios lately?
The last thing i did was update itunes, the next time i turned it on i had no picture. So pulling the hard drive is really the only option. Is it realativly easy to do?
