laptop won't start

    my sons laptop was working from it's battery which then ran out of power it was then plugged into it's adaptor but this doesn't seem to do anything at all no lights come on and the laptop won't start up i've had the adaptor checked as i thought this would be the easiest thing to check first the adaptor works fine am i missing something easy do laptops have a reset button or is this something more serious the laptop has just by a week come out of it's warrenty the laptop is a packard bell 3300 does anyone have any suggestions.

    you may have a lose connection inside the laptop on the power port this would explain why your charger works but the laptop doesnt. if thats the case its going to need some expert attention and repair which wouldve been great had your warranty still been valid

    im sure they make these products self destruct as soon as the warranty ends lol its always the way
