Laser Replacement

    I got a v4 ps2 and I think the old laser died out, model KHS-400B, I bought a new laser and it's KHS-400C, are there an instruction on how to install them? It might sound easy, but there are solder points that I need to desolder which is what I don't understand. Thanks for the help!

    thanks for the help. Yeah I looked at it, but I don't understand
    what 4 individual points is he referring to?

    i think i know what they mean by that now, they just want u to separate or split the 2 solder points to 4.
