Coleagues, Can a helpful person please tell me what version of firmware I should currently have on my starview first generation box. I'm checking cus for the last week or so it's been bringing up the 'bad or scrambled channel' tag every now and again on all channels. Help appreciated. Thanks for the advice, I've checked the site and although mine looks like the copy I have the 1st Generation remote. The box is about 2 years old now. I'll search for the v 4.00 firmware. Thanks Again.

You can also count the vents on the top of the box to see is it a clone or genuine : 18 slots x 7 rows = clone 25 " x 7 " = genuine
