latop to pc?

    Is there a way to transfer files between my laptop and pc using a RJ-45 like ftp.If yes can somebody tell me how to set it up?

    Hi,
    You do realise that this isn't live help? Even though you gave a whole hour for a response :-/

    Anyway, what you need to do is setup a network between your laptop and PC. Connect the cable between the 2 machines, set ip addresses unless using a router, share your folders and copy and paste your files.
