I have the front control panel. U dont need it but it does look really cool on the xnox. The LCD diplays custom text at start up, And after it just diplays ur bios and dip switch settings. And if u have xbox meadia player, its will diplays song titles and stuff like that. And about the computer controller, it might work put i am not sure. So basiclly, u dont need it but u can get it if u want to spend the $$$$.
