@tavek - clearing the cache eh? and how big is the cache? and have you even looked at the size of a .txt file? you mean to tell me that a log, written in the size of a .txt file size code format will disappear after playing 5 games! lol not quite, great theory, however do me a favor, research how much on-board memory the mobo can hold, (which in your case i already have a good idea, since there are only two sizes) then open a generic .txt file, a .nfo if you will and compare sizes, then report back your findings, so we can all sit here and do the math together like class. it will be fun, trust me.

Funny, was just reading here about the leaked copy of ODST. M$ say that they are gonna be watching people that play the leaked copy, but they say they aren't gonna be banning anyone.

I think that's a load of BS, but who really knows. I would have gotten it and went online with it, cause I really don't care, but it's a French copy, and I don't think I can stand Covenant Aliens yelling at me in French...

Well I did what I did, and not banned after playign last night,frankly, after playing the game for 2 nights, I was bored, not to put fear in people, just my opinion, its teh same HALO game as the rest only alot more boring-er.
I really wanted to play it to see if I should reserve it or not, and its a NOT, not even for the Sgt Johnson code.
Firefight is cool but its invite only, sure they might add later on a match menu but firefight being the only reason why to buy it, nah.

If I get banned, big woop, I know the risk,call me a fool if you like, but If I come out winning and nothing happens, then IM a pioneer for my methods. Just dont harp on here saying Youll be banned jsut for buying a console, thats just rediculous, we all here have a modded console, one day they might just BAN us all for no reason other then to get a good laugh .

Beatles rockband is the same way...I was all excited and finally got the demo and the full game today and its like...wait...this is just rockband with different songs...what the hell? I was expecting much more...glad I didn't shell out $250 for the instruments.

From what I have seen is that they do not ban instantly. They will ban in roves. They do a large ban at one time.

What's interesting about this whole situation is that MS wants to ban any illegitimate ODST owners, and clearly announces it ... yet they have not gone to directly ban users for any other big name titles like GOW, Halo 3 , etc ....

imo they are only going to deliver on this promise because brave (crazy) downloaders are playing incomplete games ... so yes Chief Wiggum has all his work done for him... just sit back and click
