Least possible way to get banned from live w/ modded xbox?

    No, there is LT which is supposed to be the least bannable but that won't be out for a while.

    if you don't know about waves or the activate.iso i'd guess you're on ixtreme 1.5 or lower.
    When was it flashed?

    its really irrelevant if you go on xbl you will VERY LIKELY be banned using any current fw.

    Lite touch has no eta but i wouldnt expect it any time soon if at all.

    The is a few threads on other forums discussing the possibility that old non-stealth firmware may not be getting banned, Benq Ixtreme 1.41 and Xtreme 53 firmware for Sammy drives. I don't know the validity of it, but it seems some people who stuck with those versions have survived the waves.

    I know a few that have stuck with the old firmwares and been on live for ages without getting banned.

    I'm starting to think that may be the way to go. I have a Sammy that was virgin, just flashed to Xtreme53 firmware non-stealth, figure I'll see how it goes.

    If LT ain't out by new year i'm gonna flash my benq to an older firmware as i think it's the stealth checks that have flagged the consoles with newer firmware.

    and my other 2 last questions:
    what is the best DVD Drive?
    and
    If i have a 120gb HD and i want to copy a "Burned" stealth patch game to it, will it be less banable to run it off the HD or...same thing?

    1.41 non-stealth (SS rev5) is the version you want if you have a benq drive. Gives some updates like SS v2 over the regular 1.41 ns. Been using it for a couple weeks now np.
