I have thousands of original dvd inserts and I have developed a website to sell them on, however some friends have expressed concern to the legallity of selling such inserts. I have no idea where to go to check on this. Any suggestions?
Let me get this write, you want to see the booklet or paper slip that is included within a DVD that you previously bought? If that is the case then there is nothing wrong with that. Its just like a yard sale, your selling a booklet. But you have to call it used, or sell the sealed DVD with it if you want to call it new. I don't think they would go for much, but the collectors angle you could try.
What you are doing is totally legal there is no law in the land that says you can not sell what you own. John179
