Letter from John(Ntl) customer service

    Just read a letter from John regarding (NTL) well I have to say it's the best laugh that I've had all dam week God Bless his sence of humor.I too have had the ignorance and lack of customer support better yet I spoke to a rep who's English If you could call it that you would need an interpeter.Why the heck do you employ someone who doesn't speak bleep English.

    Ever notice if theyre wrong in the bill (OWE you Money) you never hear from them but there quick enough to cut you off.If you're late(Ha ha)why
