Hi, I make videos that I burn onto DVD. But when I burn them, the subtitles are off screen. So I use ImTOO AVI to DVD converter and add the letterbox option. It makes it JUST the right size that I can see the subtitles and it doesn't squash the picture. Here's the problem. It takes about 20-30 minutes for it to finish, but then I have to run the video through AGAIN for the letterbox to actually take effect. This process though very effective takes way too long. Any ideas on an easy program that will add a letterbox?
