I just bought the LG USB 2.0 / eSATA 12x Blu-ray Super Multi Drive Model BE12LU30 LightScribe Support drive. This is an external drive and is hooked up via eSata. I used the drive to install bungled Cyber Link software, so I know its working. When I first ran "Power2Go" it wasn't seeing my drive. Eventually it saw the BD-RE drive, but as soon as I tried to burn data to Memorex BD-R media I got the below error.

    Power2Go : Version 6.2.0.4009
    Error Code : 0xeb020b88

I then thought I would solve this problem by using Nero 10, but so far Nero 10 can't see my drive.

I'm just looking for some Blu-Ray burning software that will actually work? ? ?

So far I been able to get 3 good burns, it either does a successful burn, or it never starts to burn, then after about 3 - 5 minutes, pops up with the Error Code : 0xeb020b88. I only get this error while trying to burn BD-R data discs.

I haven't tried to burn any Blu ray discs on mine but I have had problems with Memorex products in the past.I have read that other people have had problems like you but it didn't give any solutions to solve the problem.

Well I got rid of Nero and Power2Go that came with my LG BD drive, seems it was not my hardware, but the software.

I started using a program from NCH called "Express Burn", I burned 5 BD-R data disc in a row with success.
