LG GSA-4167b Drive Issue

    I updated my burner to a the drive in the topic and am having an odd problem. I'm guessing it's the media but.... When I burn a DVD movie at 4X it comes out fine. If I kick it up to 8X the movie is all screwed up. Missing scenes etc. I'm using Maxell disks, and Nero 6.xxx to burn. Anybody have some ideas? I'm figuring it's the media, as everything works fine at the slower burn rate. The 8X works fine if I'm just creating a data disk.
