Great player, it works equally well in 720P and 1080I, I use 1080I 99% of the time. One craveat-it's a slot loader and certain discs, such as flippers and some printable types may not load.
i have this player and its simply awesome.... i have had only (on occasion) a disk slip ans half way eject, but for the most part, it plays all formats that i throw at it, the upconversion is crystal clear.. but i do have a Hi-Def tv to support it, the picture quality is bad ass... best 150 dollar player that i have bought.. plus, it has memory card slots, so i can watch/view video and pictures off my digi. cam.
