LG RZ-20LA70 LCD bad picture.help

    i have an LG RZ-20LA70 LCD.its a 20".the picture is ok but not as good as i thought it would be.if im watching something bright its fine.but if its dark or something its really hard to see the picture.i also tryed useing it with my xbox 360.i played quake 4 and cant even see whats in front of me.i messed around with contarst and brightness.doesnt really make a difference.any help?
