I just purchased an LG vx 8600 which is basically the flip version of the chocolate and I was planning on buying the Micro SD chip that I can insert into my phone for music/video/etc. I tried searching eBay for it but I wasn't sure if they are compatible with my phone. (I don't want to buy one to find that it doesn't work) Do anyone of you have this phone or know how the Micro SD thing works so I can get one? Thanks for all your help.
The micro SD is pretty small. When you buy, make sure you get a normal SD adapter with the memory card. This will allow you to insert the microsd into the adapter and then the adapter can be used with the many memory readers out there.
great idea! i saw san disk and kingston. i think i'll get the 1gb one for san disk. it comes with the normal and also a usb thingy that you can put into. i heard the 2gb eats your battery life very fast...
So I bought a 1 GB Micro SD chip for my LG VX8600 but I have no clue how to use this thing. I don't even know how to access it from my phone. (I sound so stupid.) Can someone find me a manual for this thing? I ordered mine from ebay and it didn't come with an manual. I'm hoping to put music and pictures and videos on it.
