i put in lightscribe burner a while ago and at first it worked fine,but now when i try to burn a pic on a disk(same disks) i get nothing i went back in and added words(my name)and in preview it looked fine but when i printed it only the lettering printed no pic??? how do i get pics to print again???
i'm sorrry,i meant same disk's as in the same batch of disks,i did use a new one! on my nero screen the pic shows up but does not print onto the disk even the preview looks fine??
the disk ejects , while printing it should take like 25 min. but it says complete in 10 sec. and ejects
then it's more of a software problem then a hardware problem. the software is saying it's complete and giving the hardware the command to eject. double check the steps you take are correct or check the options or use an alternative software or contact support.
