Ok so I hear that as long as a game is stealth patched it is safe. I know its better to wait till its verified but how can u tell a wave 4 is stealth patched? Everyone of them says "stealth is uncertain" (The unverified ones) or is it just the ones I've been getting?
That doesn't make it safe. That just means the stealth files and video partition appear to match the game. If a game was safe just cos it passes the stealth check, then what would be the point in the whole verification thing? It wouldn't be needed if that was the case. If you want to be as safe as you can be (outside of ripping your own originals), then always wait until games verify. Wait until the game is in the verification database. abgx360 still won't recognise the wave 4 partition, but as long as everything else checks out you're as safe as you are with previous wave games. It can still autofix the stealth files if necessary.
dude, read the forum topic ban hammer 10-30-09......90% of the people there had stealthed 360 games (like myself) and still got banned......
core2inside Nub Moderator 360ISO Legend Q: Can I play this game before the official release date? Do I risk a ban? A: The moment you flash your drive, you already take the risk, "but rest assured, if a game passes stealth check, I will personally play it even online". Regardless of the uploader's reputation, always run your game to abgx to make sure things are right. From what I read he does it and is fine.
Oh well, if he does it then I guess it must be fine! I'll email the makers of abgx360 and tell them to remove the verification feature from the next version of the program, as it's no longer needed.
